Our Services
KAINDLY provides AI fluency education: assessments, workshops, cohort-based training, advisory services, and the Kaindly Collective membership community. Program details, schedules, and pricing are described at the point of enrollment.
Your Account & Conduct
- Provide accurate information when you register, book, or enroll.
- Use our materials and community spaces respectfully and lawfully.
- Don't share access credentials or redistribute members-only content.
Intellectual Property
All KAINDLY content — including frameworks, curricula, assessments, prompts, and brand assets — is owned by KAINDLY and licensed for your personal or internal organizational use. You may not resell, republish, or use it to build competing offerings without written permission.
Payments & Cancellations
Fees for paid programs and memberships are stated at purchase. Scheduled calls can be rescheduled or cancelled through the booking link in your confirmation. Membership and program cancellation terms are provided at enrollment.
Educational Purpose
Our programs are educational. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and outcomes depend on your own application of what you learn.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAINDLY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Third-Party Services
Booking, forms, and payments may run on third-party platforms (such as Acuity Scheduling and Typeform) subject to their own terms.
