ABOUT KAINDLY

Helping individuals and organizations lead AI

KAINDLY supports journeys from motivated individuals to enterprises

Why KAINDLY

AI is reshaping how organizations create value. But for most leaders, this transformation feels more overwhelming than exciting. The technology moves faster than organizations can adapt. The hype drowns out the substance. The pressure to act conflicts with the need to understand.

KAINDLY exists to give leaders the clarity and capability to navigate this change with confidence. Not by chasing every new development, but by building the judgment to know what matters and the skills to act on it.

We believe AI transformation should be led with intention, not anxiety. That building capability across organizations matters more than expertise at the top. That the best AI strategies are grounded in business reality, not technology enthusiasm.

Our name reflects our conviction: that leading through AI change requires not just competence but kindness. Kindness toward teams navigating uncertainty. Kindness toward ourselves as we learn. Kindness in how we build technology that affects everyone.

Values in practice

What our principles look like in the work we do.

We meet people where they are

Not everyone starts with the same AI understanding, and that's fine. We create space for honest questions and build from wherever someone begins.

We measure what matters

Activity is easy to track. Impact is harder. We focus on outcomes that actually change how organizations lead through AI, not deliverables for their own sake.

AI fluency is a leadership capability

Technology skills alone won't prepare organizations for AI. Leaders need judgment about when and how to use AI, not just how to prompt it.

    Barbara Salami

    CO-FOUNDER

Barbara brings decades of experience navigating complex organizational change with a focus on inclusion and sustainable impact. She has spent her career working at the intersection of strategy, people, and systems— always with an eye toward who gets left behind when change moves too fast.

Her work has consistently centered on designing approaches that build real capability rather than surface-level adoption. She believes that the measure of good technology transformation is not speed, but whether everyone has what they need to participate meaningfully.

    Leanna Baker Williams

    CO-FOUNDER

Leanna is a systems thinker who has spent years helping leaders make sense of emerging technology without losing sight of the human beings at the center of every decision. Her approach combines strategic clarity with deep care for the practical realities of learning and change.

She is known for cutting through hype to find what actually works—and for designing experiences that leave people feeling more capable, not more confused. At KAINDLY, she leads with the belief that AI should expand human potential, not narrow it.
