Community Success Intern

Make the KAINDLY Collective feel alive every week by engaging members, running the posting calendar, and owning community workflows.

The KAINDLY Collective is where curious professionals actually become AI-fluent — and communities don't run themselves. As our Community Success Intern, you'll be the person who makes sure every member feels seen, every post gets a response, and every live session actually lands. You'll audit the workflows we have, build the ones we don't, and own the rhythm of weekly engagement. This is not a "moderate the Discord" internship. This is "help us figure out what a great community actually feels like, and then make it feel like that every week."

What you'll own

  • Member engagement, one human at a time. Reading posts, liking them, commenting thoughtfully, sliding into DMs to welcome new members. If someone goes quiet, you notice. If someone sparks a conversation, you amplify it.
  • The posting calendar. You build it, you maintain it, you make sure every scheduled post ships reviewed and on time. No ghost towns. No spam bursts. A steady heartbeat.
  • The workflow audit. Walk through every corner of our Circle setup, document what exists, flag what's broken, propose what's missing. Then turn that audit into an engagement strategy we actually run.
  • Live session success. Reminders go out. Recordings get captured. Follow-ups land in the right space. Every session closes the loop.
  • Circle mastery. Learn the platform deeply enough to teach us something we didn't know. Recommend features we should turn on — or turn off.
  • Cross-pod work. Collaborate with the Marketing intern on content that pulls people into the Collective, and with the AI/ML intern on the data your agents will need.

You'll thrive here if

  • You've run a community before — a Discord, a club, a cohort, a group chat that people actually showed up to. You know the difference between a space that's alive and a space that's just online.
  • You write a DM that makes someone feel welcomed, not processed.
  • You notice patterns without being told to look. Who goes quiet. Who brings the energy. Who needs a nudge. Who's about to churn.
  • You're organized enough to keep a posting calendar. Warm enough to make people feel like it's not a calendar at all.
  • You read the words "vulnerable adopter" and immediately know what kind of warmth that requires — and what kind it doesn't.
  • You're okay with feedback. A lot of it. Both directions.

Marketing Intern

Expand KAINDLY's reach beyond LinkedIn by piloting new channels and producing content that drives real engagement.

KAINDLY's distribution today is almost entirely LinkedIn. That is a ceiling, and we need to break through it — thoughtfully, not noisily. As our Marketing Intern, you'll pick two new channels, run real pilots, and work directly with our AI agent stack to produce content that doesn't sound like AI wrote it (even when it helped). You'll write, you'll test, you'll track, and you'll make the case for what we should double down on. Our audience is skeptical of AI hype. If your content smells performative, they'll know. That's the bar.

What you'll own

  • Two new channels, picked by you. Substack, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, a podcast feed, something we haven't considered. Research them, make the case, then pilot at least one for six weeks and tell us what happened.
  • The AI agent collaboration. Work hand-in-glove with the Agentic AI/ML intern and our existing stack to generate, refine, and schedule content. You direct the agents. You do not let the agents direct you.
  • Short-form copy that lands. LinkedIn posts, newsletter promos, Collective invitations, landing page tweaks. Copy that sounds like a person. Because a person wrote it.
  • The first real content calendar. One that connects content to community — so what we post is what we talk about inside the Collective. No more disconnected posting into the void.
  • Performance tracking, light but real. What converted. What didn't. What's worth doubling down on. Bring the numbers to Monday standup.
  • Cross-pod work. Pair with Community Success on the content-to-community loop; pair with AI/ML on agent-powered distribution.

You'll thrive here if

  • You've grown something from zero — a newsletter, a TikTok, a student org's Instagram, a personal brand, anything with a real audience on the other end.
  • You can write a LinkedIn post that sounds like a human. Brand voice is earned by not sounding like a brand.
  • You're genuinely curious about AI tools for content production and allergic to AI-slop output. You can tell the difference. You care about the difference.
  • You think in experiments, not campaigns. "Let's try this for two weeks and see what happens" is your native language.
  • You know our audience is skeptical of AI hype — and you'd rather earn trust than chase reach.
  • You're fast, but you proofread. We notice both.

Agentic AI/ML Intern

Build and ship production-ready AI agents that support KAINDLY Collective members in their AI fluency journey.

KAINDLY's product thesis is that AI fluency is taught fastest inside a community where AI itself is part of the teaching. As our Agentic AI/ML Intern, you'll build the AI and agent layer that supports the KAINDLY Collective — prompt coaches, onboarding helpers, activity summarizers, whatever the community actually needs. You'll work with our existing stack and extend it. We care about agents that work in production, not agents that demo well. If you've been waiting for an internship where someone trusts you to ship real code that real people use — this is that one.

What you'll own

  • AI agents that actually get used. Design, build, ship, and iterate on agents that support Collective members. Prompt coaches. Onboarding helpers. Discussion starters. Activity summarizers. Whatever the community needs that week.
  • Cross-pod work. Talk to the Community Success intern about what members actually need. Talk to the Marketing intern about API inputs that power content workflows. Your agents serve both.
  • Evaluation instincts. Don't just ship. Catch the outputs that look right but are wrong. Build the guardrails. Know when the agent is bluffing.

You'll thrive here if

  • You've built at least one thing with the Claude API, OpenAI API, or a similar LLM provider — not just called it once, but built something with state, retries, and real users (even if "users" was just you and three friends).
  • You break things. On purpose. You'd rather find the edge case now than have a member find it later.
  • You're comfortable with Next.js + Vercel, or confident you can be within a week.
  • You read API documentation for fun. Or at least without complaining.
  • You can explain a technical tradeoff to a non-technical founder in plain English. This is not optional. It's most of the job.
  • You have opinions about prompt design, evaluation, and why most agent demos fall apart in production. We want to hear them.
  • You'd rather ship something small and working than design something big and theoretical.
